Willie is owner/broker of Eno Realty, LLC. He has been active in real estate investing since 1982 and specializes in single-family houses and small apartment buildings (2 - 4 units). He recently took early retirement from Verizon Communications after 30 years. At Verizon Communications, he held managerial positions in Engineering/Project Management, Corporate Planning and Marketing. He attended North Carolina A. & T State University in Greensboro, NC and Allen University in Columbia, SC where he received the Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics. He received the Master of Business Administration degree from North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC.

He has purchased over a million dollars of income producing rental properties. He was featured in the book, The Best Real Estate Deal I Ever Did published by the Financial Freedom Report. Fifty top real estate investors were listed with stories about their success. He was featured with real estate heavy weights like Bill Nickerson, Mark Haroldsen, Jane Harvey, Ron LeGrand, Jay DeCima, etc. The Financial Freedom Report Magazine shared the 1990 Award of Excellence with Forbes Magazine. He is author of the book How To Get Rich In Real Estate Without Leaving Your Job. He has published articles in real estate investing magazines and appeared in a real estate investors’ television special on the Learning Channel.  

Willie F. Boyd is a member of the Durham Board of Realtors, Triangle Apartment Association, and Triangle Real Estate Investors Association. Teaching students how to get their financial freedom through real estate investing, he conducts investment seminars throughout the country.
