This is an introductory course in real estate investing. This course covers: Financial planning as it relates to real estate investing and real estate analysis/investment returns. With these learning tools, the participants will be able to better serve customers wanting to invest in small single family homes and small apartment buildings (2-4 units). Students must bring calculators.

State University in Greensboro, NC and Allen University in Columbia, SC where he received the Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics. He received the Master of Business Administration degree from North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC.

Fifty top real estate investors were listed with stories about their success.
